Um. I know that you KNOW, but it isn't like that at all. Think "kindney stones"--large, irregularly shaped object vs. very small aperture-- and you might be a bit closer.  Breastfeeding? Easy. Take a vacuum cleaner; turn it on; attach it to your left nipple; wait 20 minutes; attach it to your right nipple; wait another 20 minutes. Repeat every two hours for six months to two years. Voila--nipples of steel.
