This is a scary topic ...............I found out a ex was one of these and i thought gesh! They have to trick you into this crap? In rl being bi woman is not even close to having sex with another female avie on sl.

I think, of course, playing any kind of AV you like is fine. However the problem arises when people forget that their AV may just be an exstention, but its the extension that people in SL see and deal with.

So if I was a male in RL and played a female in SL, thats fine, however the moment, I started to flirt with a male in SL, I should tell him the truth, otherwise I would be lying. Even if he never asked, I would need to tell him who and what I am, or else I am lying. Why is this you ask? I think its very simple.

Like I said above your AV is your extension into SL, and thats what people are seeing and interacting with. It would be the same thing, if in RL, a man dressed up as a woman (Lets say she/he was passable as a woman) and hit on me. Thats not right, I see and want to flirt with a woman, and by being a man and dressing like a woman and not telling me your lying to me. That would piss me off in RL and SL.

P.S. If anything the he/she lie is worse in SL than RL. In RL most men dressing like woman, are well ... not very womanlike, or have telltale signs. In SL that doesn't not exisit. Side by side a woman who is a woman and a woman who is really a man, look exactly the same. Thats why upfront honesty is SOO important.
