You need to find a reputable phone discount site, for the UK one is http://www.telediscount.co.uk/index2.php
AFAIK they set up local phone numbers and then pipe incoming calls through VOIP to keep their costs minimal, watch out as there are probably a lot of less reputable companies here. |

Well that was a helpful cut&paste job if ever there was one. I don't see the FAQ post about phone credits though. Will you be paying the Brits in L$ or USD? And can they round the minutes up to the nearest half-hour? But we can call them free  and i would think that the people that cant call free or on Skype etc can send an email to LLs with their fone number and get them to call them back However i do find it a bit strange that those with an internet connection cant afford a very short phone call to LLs to ask them to call them back _____________________
