I am a little puzzled at the prices these sims are bringing at wholesale when the market is so saturated. If everyone is paying the same $195 per sim/per month, then the wholesale cost of land is approaching $7 per sq m if you plan on it taking 2 months to turn the sim over. With the saturation of the market, I may be too optimistic at 2 months! What do you think? Yes, this was part of the reason why I asked this question. I've been tracking land and how fast it's selling and I find it suprising that people can continue to bid at the rate they are bidding. My only conclusion was that some people are not paying 195 / month. |

I think it would be the most natural and appropriate thing that people with 10 or 50 or at least 100 sims get some kinda discount.
However, as is now, there is no discount for multiple sims. I am close to 100 sims now, about one third of those using the group bonus. Since I also tier up/down and sometimes have unused tier I probably end up pay more than 195$ per sim per month. If there would exist multiple sim discount I could hire more staff and provide better product. There might also be more other people willing invest in really huge and professional projects than there are now. _____________________

How much would they need to drop the price to to get you to double your holdings? I think about 15% tier discount at 100 sim level would make me expand that much. The result would be more zoned community sims and more natural, low lag land baron land on mainland. It would also allow me to provide completely new services to people with really large land holding like half sim or whole sims. _____________________
