Amazing that with 50,000 avies this person seems to be one of two people supposedly in the know and at the forefront.
Now you know why spaceships always seem to land next to trailer parks. She spends a lot of time in the Welcome Area where she hears about this sort of stuff. Unfounded insinuations, Bruno.

If this is a genuine bug, has anyone bug reported it and/or notified a Linden? I personally would prefer not having inventory items show up in someone else's Inventory window.

From: Zapoteth Zaius Straight after the 1.7 update I was on the live help shift, and we got someone who, was sitting on one guys object and if anyone in the same sim paid him any amount of money, it went to the owner of the object he was sitting on.. Freaky huh? Although, unverified I should point out.. Verified, reported, and demonstrated to linden staff.... by yours truely - fixed first update.

Hi. I just had a strange problem where my inventory was replaced by someone else's when I teleported somewhere. I was a little shocked so I logged straight out and back in when I noticed. I may even have been able to delete or transfer some of the objects but I didn't think to try at the time.(Not that I would have wanted to anyway) The inventory was of a female who is fairly new to SL judging by the contents.

This is not good. Inventory working right is sort of a bedrock fundamental of a system like this.
Just because no harm seems to occurred in the reported incidents doesn't mean it won't ever happen.
