not only was i writing i was talking with someone who doesn't know my yahoo email address yet. i couldn't even explain it to my friend to email me or come on yahoo or anything, before bomb we were down.

It figures. I finally have a few hours cleared of RL work to finish building my SL house, and the asset server forgets to take its lithium.

Besides, the notecard never would have saved on the asset server anyway so more warning wouldn't have helped I'm sorry to say. Oh ya, btw, welcome to Second Life, enjoy! I wasn't trying to save the notecard. I was highlighting and trying to copy to notebook on my computer so i wouldn't lose it. I'm not that stupid. I'm new to SL not being online or computers. Someone should remind Char...who does a great job but in the middle of the whirlwind that is probably LL right now might have forgotten. It might be a whirlwind, but want to point out that Char is an awesome Linden, and is probably doing the best she can on short notice |

Unfortunately i was freaking too much to think of trying that right then  Good to know though for the next time i have a large amount to copy and paste from here. Thanks |
