i've really tried to keep my mouth shut on this kinda stuff lol......but i have to put simply MY personal views on this type of situation. for ME.....there is NO unimportant or trivial question or concern from a customer. i continue to be greatful to each and every one everyday of my sl life for liking my designs and wanting to buy them. if they have a problem....no matter how big or small......it's my priority to set it right as best i can and as quickly as i can. Are there times when it might not be convenient? sure.......but generally i'll drop most of what i'm in the middle of for 2 mins to fix their problem (which usually is NOT their problem at all, but some mistake either i have or sl has made) and if i can't do that very second, i'll ask them if they can give me 2 mins to wind something up. they're usually very patient and have no problems with this. i THEN keep my word and take care of the issue as i promised. i too, am one of the designers who THANKS my customers... and give them lil extras as a way to apologize for whatever inconvenience the problem caused and to let them know i appreciate their business. there will always be the random customer who might not be reasonable or even pleasant to deal with........that, however....to me....does not make them any less valuable or their problem any less important. it may make me want to fix the issue even faster and be done with it tho...lol. i can't say i've ever really had a customer like this tho....lucky for me i guess lol to me...a mall owner/customer isn't always just bugging or asking for their own personal reasons, but they also need to think about customers who visit there to shop. if i went to a mall for things and they weren't available.....or things dint work right.....i'd prolly decide to shop somewhere else. and wuv...you being a former mall owner, should certainly understand and respect this perspective. if i wasn't happy with a place i rented from for whatever reason.....i would...and have....simply not renewed there. i can't say someone's constant hammering about something wouldn't be a lil annoying if i was busy in rl....but if i was busy in rl i wouldn't be in sl soooo......... and if i was busy in sl, i would have my busy mode set on so people who tried to contact me would realize i wasn't ignoring them and i could get done what i needed to and then get back to them. and if i had a disagreement or issues with someone, i dont think i would have chosen to take it into the group im........or the forum for that matter. Just my 10 cents lol okay maybe 1.00 this time heehee

As much as I love you Wuv, I think you were both wrong. NO it isn't good to harrass someone like she did, but on the other end, if she is a compulsive buyer like me, I DO get totally crazy when I cannot buy something I like. And whenever I hear one of my items isn't set for sale, I stop what I'm doing, no mater what, because that's priority. Sales. Maybe in your case, with so many stores and customers, then you don't really care for one. Now, if you are THAT busy, maybe take less on your shoulders? Customer should really be something very important to you, since they give you your $. I am not saying that you don't care, I'd never dare to proclaim that I know what is going on in your heart and brain, don't take me wrong, I am just giving opinion!  You come in 1st that's for sure, but I know you know what I am saying. I know tho that she might have been really annoying, but I say, no mather what, it's best to stay polite and that the "you are getting on my nerves" *could* have been hushed, right? *wink *hugs*

I totally agree, if anyone treated me badly as a customer they wouldn't get a single penny from me ever again. This has thankfully only happened once so far in SL, and I haven't, and won't, buy anything from them anymore. As someone said, can't remember who - a happy customer might tell 3 people, an unhappy customer tells everyone. I'm unknown as a creator in here really, certainly compared to most, but I pride myself on customer service. Every referral I get from a happy customer is a source of pride for me, and if I'm not happy in a mall for whatever reason, I leave. Simple.

LOL Okies.. Let me say this, i am pregnant in rl and i have been going to alot of stress, not that this is any of your business, I feel i did act a lil wrong about not "going there to fix it in time" I was wrong for that. But i rented the store, its my choice to what i want to sell in that particular location. Im not going to bring my whole store into her little stall. and its not the mall owner who is going to tell me what i should place for sale. I told her i was busy in rl that i cannot go there now, Im human i forget things  She kept reminding me, for about 3 days.. with "OMG COME SET UP" After the third day i was having some SL drama with someone and she IM me i told her i the truth, that she is getting on my nerves and i was not in the mood, i told her i will drop the item for free later on. When something is not priced and im not busy i usually give the item away for free, you can ask many people  Im not the only designer who has left the mall due to her attitude. From: someone I stop what I'm doing, no mater what, because that's priority. Sales. Elka I always do that but when im busy in real life, the main priority i have is my health. I had to go to the emergency room 2 times this month. And most times im afk doing something in rl.

I am sorry to hearyou have so much on your plate RL.
If you feel you are being bugged by a mall owner in the future then perhaps you need to re look at it and not be there. Don't bite off more then you can chew. And I know that is easy to do at times.
I just hate to enter a store, see the item for sell and not be able to buy it. Its like putting chocolate inside a glass that is sealed - I can see it but I can't get to it. I do wish you good health and to feel better. I wish you the best.
However, I won't be purchasing your things.

Do you let ppl know in an automated message back that you are away and will be back shortly? Why do people even log on if they are not there? Especially a business owner. It's a really good idea to answer IM's and fix things you have for sale when you find out there is an issue. I remember when I was very new and I bought some shoes. The vendor took my money but I had no shoes. I contacted the owner and she immediately came out and fixed the vendor and gave me a free pair of shoes along with the ones I was buying. Now that is customer service. A few months ago I know I tried to contact you on at least 3 occasions to return something that I felt wasn't advertised as it should have been. I bought a non-prim skirt outfit that when I put it on, most of my ass hung out, (it was no mod so I could not lengthen it at all) Yet the ad only showed the front of the outfit and it didn't look that short, possibly due to the pose used in the ad. I don't like my ass hanging out so I wanted to return or exchange it for something I would actually wear. I never got a response back and I wasn't about to start harassing you. I liked your other clothes, but needless to say I don't shop there anymore...

I dont know Wuv's reasoning for logging in and going afk... but I will explain mine.. I log in while I am taking care of rl in hopes to provide better customer service... I dont want someone that needs help to look for me and if I am not online they often times forget thier questions or so much time passes by that I cant help as much as I could if it happen in the same day... So when people IM me I will reply back to them whenever I happen to glance at the computer screen and see messages, then I will help them with what they need, it also says in my profile that I am afk alot to not take it personal if I dont reply immediatley...
