I live in 'small town America'. If you gave STA a blank canvas and told them to paint, they would paint a picture of families getting together, children at school, community events.

Some of them might even suprise you, and paint a picture of the troubles in today's world.

Oh, and the possiblity for a picture of a duck in flight, or a deer in the woods.

Most people who stay in STA do not want build-up in their towns, thats why they choose to live in a small town.

Yep. LL scaled the sims too small. If they'd built them wit the same prim limits but a kilometer in a side, instead of 256m, you'd still be prim-limited on your First Land but at least you wouldn't be building on a postage stamp.

Having said that, the Google map system only includes meaningful data for the US, UK and Ireland - so anyone outside those three countries gets the rather insulting "Invalid City, please try again" when adding the place they live!

It's true the data is only good for some countries (zoom in on the Aussies) but you can add a pushpin to anywhere you want. While the Aussies don't get to see the streets, they still get to see other SL users that live in thier area.
