Nope. Not today I don't. They are on their OWN. I may preach moderation, but only so far as I don't become another shrimp on the barby...
Just try not to hang too many of them, 'kay? Oh, I don't just mean LL; I mean any MMO forum. I've seen the sycophants pop up before -- they appear everywhere an MMO sets up a forum. And it does kind of make you almost wonder ... Don't get me wrong, either: I don't want to hang LL. I like SL, and I want to stay, or else I would simply leave. What I want LL to do is get it together and start dealing seriously and appropriately with customer service issues. Hell, I'd help them do it, if they cared to hire me. I could use the money.  It would definitely have to start with a change in the way they approach work, however. Good customer service means sometimes having to do work you don't like, and having to do it right now, even if you really don't want to.

I've got a feeling when Philip - or other higher-ups - say they think something really should be done, then various people suddenly decide they would just love to work on it.
