I try to keep my prices low. Most of my old stuff that never sold is now sold in 1 big box. Only really expensive things are a couple of FULL avatars i made. And those are like 700.
One of my older creations was a replica of the scarf worn by Shinobi. Was made allmost a year ago. I used toruses to make it look like it waved. I discontinued it 2 months ago but might release it again using flex prims this time.

I've got a flexi cat in the hat style hat from the shelter...love it This is going to make the difference in prims on male and female hair so much more. My ponytail 'as is' is 6 prims max..with flexi- I only need one or 2. Female hair requires alot more though.

I tried making a flexi-dong today. Its... harder than you might think. You can't use spheres which doesn't make for nicely rounded tips. Any suck-gestions?
(grins... but the Yatta dance looks funnnnnny)

From: milady Guillaume Looking about the world since flex prims came into being and I see a lot of very expensive objects that simply use flex prims. They are nice to play with, adds movement to the world, but a flex plant for 150 lindens? A flex prim skirt outfit for 700? I do ask, are they worth it? The prices will go down when the 'newness' wears off. Right now you're not paying 700 for a flexi dress, you'l paying 700 for THE FIRST flexi dress. Sill I know hehe. SAYY!!! What about that gold jingly belt milady! Hahhaa

I once paid L$500 for a color changing prim that was no-copy no-mod and it just sat in your hand sticking out at an odd angle and flashed RED GREEN RED GREEN... I bought like 10 of them and my friends and I had a party on a floating pirate ship... ;0

High Prices

I sell my clothes at 80-100$ nevr set them higher, I sell bucket loads and not only that people dont just buy one outfit they by many because of the low prices. There really is no need to price clothes at ridiculous high prices. Your sales wil always be low compared to the cheaper priced ones.

From: Spicy Vindaloo SAYY!!! What about that gold jingly belt milady! Hahhaa lol now you sound like Newfie. That was his first suggestion too. Bells that jingle AND move. IF i do, you can rest assured that the prices aren't jumping sky high just becaue they are the "first". Ripping off my customers isn't my goal. Someone else said awhile back that isn't it best to have a lot of users enjoying the product than selling 1 for a huge amount of money? Maybe the designers that are charging 600 for an outfit with a no-mod prim flex skirt aren't price gouging, but to me, it's unethical What if you don't want the skirt to float as much as the designer set it for? What if you want it shorter? What if you want it modified in any way? You can't. So you spent 600 for the "first" to what, suffer through a feature that you could easily change. I don't have that kind of lindens to just toss around for someone else's pocket. A hint before you buy a flex prim, check your inventory for any prims you already own, like plants. Look to see if they are modifiable and make them flex to your liking. Any of the prims made from those that are able to be set to flex need to be turned, adjusted, and for no more than just the time invested you have a prim plant that moves with the wind. Trees, plants, jewelry even. That's my rant after hearing designer's reasonings of why they sell a no-mod flex prim skirt. It's too hard to adjust. People, set out a block prim, click the feature button, check flexibility and play with the sliders. Torturing that block prim can make it needle size if you want. Ooo a flexible needle stuck in your arm! Now there's a new idea! It's not harder than making sure your package is just the right size on your av. Go ahead, try it and see what you can create! I can't wait to see what you come up with!
