I was supposed to rcv this item, the BLOO pack, as a bonus for purchasing an annual membership (which was billed on October 24th) and have yet to see it arrive in my Inventory.
So, if I understand correctly:
BUY an annual membership for US$72: You don't rcv the bonus item (I checked my Inventory and it's still not in there, after 16-days).
Sign up for a FREE lifetime account, experience some client software probs: You get the same bonus item offered to (and ahead of) annual subscribers.
I'm more than a little miffed that, AS A PAYING ACCOUNT, I have yet to rcv my bonus item.

hmmm i'm lost here. newly joined residents get a "i'm sorry" gift because they joined during a sh**ty time. but residents who have been here for a couple of years, enduring this upgrade, get ..... (fill in the blank).
how is this nice PR? i can see they want to keep the newcomers, but ummm what about the people who've been complaining and filing bug reports this entire time? and yet, people are thankful for this update?
i think my monthly fee that i pay every month is thanks enough.
