You know what I find annoying?
You can't say anything in the forums good because someone always has to come around say why it isn't good..
Then when all you hear is bad stuff, people are annoyed because everyone is so negative...
But no matter what I say, you will find it rude or annoying so there is no point to continue back and fourth... I am sorry you are having troubles with your SL.

No, you actually really don't understand do you? You pretend you do, but you're OK, so that's all that matters. Everybody else, that isn't singing from your hymn sheet, is annoying.

Moopf, you are right! Sales dropped considerably the last two weeks. One reason has to be the time it was taking to rez vendor pictures. No one wanted to stand around for 20 minutes looking at 2 vendors that were taking that long to rez every item it had for sale. Multiply that by how many vendor spots in an area.. people didn't wait around.

A lot of sales world wide were lost due to the issues raised by this lastest update. People making suggestions, people complaining, people singing LL praises isn't making it work. Maybe competition will.

Wonderful, now go hound all the people that are happy and thanking LL in the Hotline... how selfish of them =/

unfortunately not every1 has the same PC capabilities 2 have the game running like they want it 2. and yes, there are ALOT of things that LL still needs 2 take care of. i know i send many bug reports. i've lost alot of money in sales since this update n its very frustrating, but all i can continue 2 do is post bug reports n complaints.

i do agree tho, if there was competition, i doubt there would b such a "laid back" approach to correcting problems.

There seems to be some problems with people believing they have power in sl. Even thou they don`t have any to start with. The go around and scream say HEY look at me!. And if you don`t be nice to me, I will report you to the lindens. In some ways Sensual Casanova has a point with some of her psoting resently. Now If i have to say this about Sensual it must mean something. I thought The Lindens did to have their pet fav avies on sl? But these days it seems ot be the case.

Well, aside from the initial grey fog problems, which were resolved pretty quickly, 1.7 has always performed better for me than 1.6 ever did. Each update just improves overall responsiveness for me, on what is already working well.

I believe some people are still having big problems. I just don't seem to meet anyone inworld who is having them except the occasional newbie who needs some adjusted settings.

For me, 1.7's been very satisfying. Plus I've got llSetText() rendered all over my HUD doing cool things

Well, I think they are doing the best they can do, however limited that may be at times.

I don't think lack of competition affects them too much in terms of their own personal drive to make SL all it can be. They make OTHER mistakes, but I don't think a lack of get-up-and-go or a too laid-back attitude is one of them. (Although this business of everybody just working on what happens to excite them most may not be the best method for a game of this size.)

My game is running better, so that things are at least basically DO-able, but it still isn't up to 1.6 rates.

Maybe that is enough to make them happy, but I do hope they continue working on this.

Anyway, the new patch is loading like a charm, it's less painful for me to move around and my textures are fine (none of my skins started reflecting its surroundings like it did last time and permanently marked them). I'm happy that things are workable now at least on my end

I'm sure things must have been hectic in LL and I'm glad that things are looking up a bit. Good job to guys at LL. It's the first step in fixing the rest of everything else. *lol*

well iam running alot better and alot faster. besides before this patchi was prettyto start with.
