From: Twing Godwin to your avatar when you log off? Does it stay in world, or disappear?
Just curious. Seriously? When you log off, the avatar vanishes. When you log on, they either reappear where they were last, or at your 'Home' location, according to your preference settings. Avatsr do not remain in-world after log-off... ... except in our dreams.

From: Ceera Murakami Actually? Yes, I do tend to at least walk my avatar into one of her homes and often up to the bedroom before I log out. I don't tend to lay down on the bed though, because that interrupted animation leaves me standing on the bed when I 'wake up'.
Sometimes I do 'end the day' with a cuddle with my SL Companion, on the bed or in a comfy spot in our home, before we both stand up and log off. Just some snuggling. I mirror Ceera pretty much, the only real exception is when I have to go now and fast or if I'm feeling a bit on the blah side |

If it is my last log for the night, I always get in jammies (or undies) and climb into bed. A few times I have fallen asleep on the couch; but since I have had a home, I lay on my bed before logging out.

I log out somewhere at home.. but not always in bed. Sometimes I log out from my garden bench or from in front of the fireplace.
