Here's a cute question.

If you have a home, do you put your avitar to bed before you go to sleep?

Hehe... I do ;)

I first drain the fluids from my avatar and then carefully hang them up to dry before I disconnect for the night.

Depends on the situation at the time.

Actually? Yes, I do tend to at least walk my avatar into one of her homes and often up to the bedroom before I log out. I don't tend to lay down on the bed though, because that interrupted animation leaves me standing on the bed when I 'wake up'.

Sometimes I do 'end the day' with a cuddle with my SL Companion, on the bed or in a comfy spot in our home, before we both stand up and log off. Just some snuggling.

Well along with the nastyness, it's nice to know that the old art of playing dollhouse
really hasn't shrivelled up.

And yes I slept with soft toys as a kid.

My favourite was a Platypus.

I had a teddy bear once. It made a 'wet fart' noise when you squeezed it.

I usually end the day laying on the couch all by my lonesome :( Or I lay in my bedroom reading before the lights go out. :)

I go home and log off. I dont put my avie to sleep. I am hoping someday he takes on a life of his own and does some work when I log off. He has seen it done enough..

I hear that sleepy avatars are to blame for 75% of all the accidents in Second Life :(

I always go home to log off. Sometimes I put her to bed, other times I sit in front of the fireplace.

to your avatar when you log off? Does it stay in world, or disappear?

Just curious.

I think going to lay down in some strangers bed just before signing off would be more fun. This way when you sign back on you might be able to jump into some action.

Yes: my mommy (or sometimes my nana) tucks my avatar into bed just about every night. Big part of the day, actually.

Yes.

My partner and i cuddle up on our SL bed. I made a blanket for us to cover ourselves with. We activate a bunch of really unpleasant devices which will ensure our privacy (necessary only since a griefer with a 2004 start date, broke into our bedroom while we were there, just 2 weeks ago). And then go to RL bed ourselves.

One time I woke up in the middle of the night and checked my computer just to see if I was victim of a "rolling sim reset". I found my avie sneaking off to Heaven Above the Clouds.

jk. :)

I always port home before logging out, but only log out in bed if it's at the end of the day and I'm with someone else who needs to log off as well. In real life my husband and I sleep in separate beds (he snores, I kick) so it's actually somewhat of a novelty for me.
