And even that might not satisify me; I'm not sure if Pathfinder's half-baked answer to my question about how to remove billing info from an account instills much confidence in not losing my CC info in the future when they get hacked again. I have an email from LL saying that once your credit card details are registered with them, the only way to remove those details is by entirely deleting the account. I was told a simple downgrade isn't sufficient. It's good to know things have improved with this latest security breach. |

Due to this I have it on good authority that I wont be able to get into my account at all. For various reasons. I emailed about that and got a very canned response that didn't do anything to make me feel better. |
