You're right, of course. I normally think more carefully than that, but occasionally I forget myself and let my passions about certain things override my reason. I did that here, and I'll freely admit it. :o

In hindsight, yes ... it's hasty to presume too much just on one person's say-so. I'm still curious about this, though.

Actually this shopper's behavior was so eratic - flying as quickly as she could from one rezz vendor to the next, rezzing one house, not waiting for it to rezz - but quickly flying 100 meters away and rezzing another. The size of the objects and the delay it was
creating caused some houses to partially rezz and the previous houses to not completely un-rezz.

These actions certainly caused me to question her motives as most customers
that use the rezzing vendors are somewhat patient and wait for thier selection to rezz so they can examine the build, not fly around to 5 different rezz vendors as quickly as they can rezzing houses in a loop.

Anyone that has been in SL for very long understands that simultaneously rezzing five 200 or so prim objects in one sim will cause lag and delay. If her motives were that of a shopper, not a griefer I appologize.

So snowball this insident all you will. Those that have purchased from me know that I will work with them to make things right.

I had nothing but good experience with Tyra.. including her taking the time to listen to what I wanted in a house and letting me know when she had something like that available.

"Rumor has it" isn't the best bandwagon to jump on. Ahh well. Live and learn. Then teach others by example. At the very least, play nice.

As a witness to this situation I must say that the owner was justified in her actions. It is a little different when several shoppers are checking out the houses as they tend to let one fully rezz and stay rezzed for a bit. This person was zooming around just clicking buttons as fast as she could. In fact she seemed pretty oblivious to everything around her. As I was checking out a new house, she just rezzed another on top of me! Kind of like a kid on a case of JOLT in a toy store - showing no cosideration of anyone else.

I have known the owner for a long time and know her to be kind and patient with each customer - above and beyond the call of duty. If I had a business/sim here and felt that someone was just trying to cause some grief, I would have done the same thing - being the one paying the tier, etc.

Her jumping to the forums and posting this nonsense really does make me wonder...could be since she is new, she doesn't know any better then how she acted....could be many things. ;)

Couple things to consider...for someone that doesn't know what a "PM" is, she sure knew how to copy/paste and post from a chat log into the forums! (which is against TOS I believe) - and she claims that she was muted. She must have more tools on her toolbar then I do to safely assume that ...LOL

Enough said!
