Random porn allowed?

I have access to group-owned land. I was flying to the land when I noticed a parcel nearby has a big floating textured cube of a naked women. I mean, this is a sim where I have seen a lot of house and shops and such, and now all of a sudden there's a big porn cube. Thanks for ruining our group owned land with your crap.

I understand it's a mature sim, but is it necessary for such blatant pornographic material to be placed where everyone can see? Can't you keep that private? Blarg.

(Also, that land is not for sale, it's someone's product they're selling via a bug floating cube depicting a naked women. )

I was wondering if this is against the rules in anyway, or if it's alright with LL, because it's really bugging me.

Precisely, and your complaint is the reason why there are PG and Mature sims. If this isn't what you like, why didn't you buy where it wouldn't be allowed?

I believe there is a ruling that such things can not be in the open and unattended, but inside a house or store is fine. Please don't ask me to look it up right now, I'm eating lunch. ;.;

The extremes of those two degrees (Mature/PG) are too much, in my opinion. There ought to be a degree in the middle as far as I'm concerned.

And I didn't buy the land, like I said before, it's group-owned.

If person A wants mature land for a house and wants to curse like a sailor, play some R-rated music, and watch some R-rated movies, why should person A have to put up with person B who is just a nude lady salesperson? XD This is strictly my view, and I am confused what the answer is... =/

I guess it would depend on what the woman was DOING on said cube. If she's just not wearing any clothes, she's nude (art). If she's obviously doing something sexual and not wearing clothes - she's nekkid (porn).

I don't know about no dildos or nothing. What I object to is a naked woman being viewed as porn. When I am naked and look in a mirror the last thing I think of is porn.

Funding for the arts is ongoing struggle. Maybe the Institute of Arts needs to play up the naked ladies part. A huge rotating picture and neon lights out front should help bring em in.

Sex sells. Acknowledge it for what it is. Don't try to pass this stuff off as art and try to portray the op as some sort of easily offended prude.

An ex of mine had this really really strange porno from the 80's - garish rouge, bright blue eyeshadow, the works - and every once in a while it would cut from the action scenes and just show the chick's face full screen as she said some random phrase - the one I remember was "Pixie Sticks".
