I went to the nice empty looking Blue Team Combat Sim , and stayed in the spawn parcel, looking in my inventory for a particular pair of shoes. I went there to escape the lag at the welcome area.
Something - I don't know if it was an unattended script or an avatar - used one of the pushers that makes you go up where it's black and won't let you escape. The teleport appeared to work in the sense that the progress indicator appeared and no timeout error occurred but no teleporting occurred.
Obviously, I don't have to be at the combat site if I want to not get pushed. but
it seems especially cruel to make people have to relog on a night like tonight.

I am going back to see if it is an unattended push object, and ponder how to defeat it. If it's there.
