Argent the only thing I see wrong with a special "tail" or "wings" point is not everyone uses them. Kinda like havinga "fangs" attachment point or a "male part" attachment point.

Well, would it be possible for an attachment to have something else attach to it? Say, for instance, you have a "butt" attachment, is there any reason you that there isn't some way to attach something on top of it?

How many people use "upper legs"? And there's a plethora of more or less equivalent "head" attachment points and any one of them can suddenly find a hat blowing whatever jewelry you have there off because the default attachment point is the "head point"... so hats avoid it. So I'd be in favor of a "hat point" and a "default point" that you could set as a "shadow" point on any other point. The wings would give you points to attach shoulder pets or slaved weaponry or whatever that wouldn' interfere with armour.

Fangs? There's any number of potential peircing attachment points that could also be used for fangs. Would you oppose "left lip" or "right lip" points for studs or captive beads? The tail point? Well, I guess you could put your "male parts" there by moving the "tail" to the front.

Point is, lots more people will use "wing" or "tail" points than demons, angels, birds, and Hawkman.

Tail and wing points (or any other new ones) would also be very useful for parking AOs, AV scanners, Flight-assists for people that don't use tails, wings, or Argents suggestions.

How many full-furs, or mechas can't install flight-assist because they have no spare points?

I would like to see a few more points - and if we can animate tail_base, tail, tail_tip, left_wing, left wing_tip etc etc in poser - that would just earn an Adrew Dice Clay "un-be-lievable"

I would also like multiple attachments per point - for some reason I feel that hierarchical linking, multiple attachments per point, and multiple skin/clothing layers are just 3 faces of the same requirement.

Personally, I'd like to be able to script ALL my animations without having Poser in the loop anywhere. But we've had that discussion before.

well I like the tail and wings I'm just thinking in general though that could be accomplished with two additional attchment points and a script for rotation or such as others have done since the new scripting implementation.

Again I really like the idea Newfie had as it is generic and simple. If I submitted a vote for this though would anyone toss thier votes in? I'd really like to see something happen here with this either an approval from LL or a "can't do".
