I do believe that was Ferran and Surreals Limited Edition armour released a short while back! I could be wrong tho, but GOD its hawt You are correct - the armor in question is "Ferran's Cyborg" which was an extremely limited edition release by Phobos Design geniuses Ferran and Surreal. hehehe, Commerce Leader (my nice, business-like alt account) is not featured, sadly... but the lovely Jennyfur is! OK *gives in* I'm going to talk to Ferran tonight about re-releasing this outfit... Still limited release, but a few more. Everytime a picture of it comes up we get posts, PMs, IMs, and outrageous offers of cash. We don't want to dilute the rareness of the item, but perhaps a run of 30 wasn't very realistic in a world of several thousand people. If we do, I'll announce it in the forums, and this time we will give some notice before it goes on sale. _____________________

Do you have to gush all over the floor when you meet a Linden? Or is it just another list of all the "cool kids" so the rest of us can feel like shit? Lindens should be the only "models" used in stuff like this IMO and I hope these all turn out to be "Bub" in different guises. Using random candid shots is one thing, but just being asked by a Linden to be a model for the front page of the site is a stupid and innapropriate way to proceed (if that is in fact what they did.) It should either be a well advertised, open casting call with a transparent process and clearly defined criteria (as non-subjective as possible), or it shouldn't be done at all. Again, these remarks are based on the assumption that they *didn't* do that in this case. _____________________
