I could SWEAR this is the same tan PASSPORT skin I've got in my inventory, but I don't remember the name of the creator, though I'm sure the seller here is not the creator. If this is a freebie being resold (without pic, note) for $950L, this seller needs to explain a few things.

The original maker of the skin is Starley Therian, and the CS in the sales title stands for Celestial Studios. I thought I heard somewhere that she released one for free? Well, if she didn't, she should know that there is a free one floating around out there. I picked it up in a freebie box of skins, I can't remember where, now. |

Yes, that is a skin that I made. It is NOT meant for resale. It is not even meant to be free. It was "leaked". Thanks SL bugs! LL will do absolutely nothing about it. I've come to terms with it being a "freebie" but I do take exception to people selling it.
I'll be contacting SLB and/or the person trying to sell it and see if I can get it taken down. Bleh. Edit (in response to Sensual's post): I can not see a photo either, but the name of the skin is "CS Passport Skin - Malibu/Brown (Understated)" which happens to be the exact name of my leaked skin. So I'd guess there's something like a 99% chance it's my skin and maybe 1% she's selling something else using the name of my skin. Either way, icky. _____________________

I contacted SLB and am waiting to hear back. This is the first time I've encountered this with one of the web shopping sites, so I have no idea what their policies and procedures are to handle this sort of thing.
I started to contact the merchant, but her profile states that all IMs must go through her master/mistress or they will be muted and ignored, and rather than get into all that, I'll wait to hear from SLB first. Maybe SLB and SLX could benefit from having some sort of dispute or takedown procedure outlined on the website. And then there's the fact that it was an accidental Freebie skin, so there's absolutely no reason why it should be sold for $900+ dollars. _____________________
