Well, I decided to try building my own shoes and figured it all out with the exctption of what appears to be the final step. The clear appearing overlay that helps hide any visible shoe base. I've noticed it's not actually "True Alpha" Clear but rather a white/clear or grey/clear texture that appears clear. Can anyone help me with this part????? I'd really appreciate it :)

You need an invisibility script inside the shoe base "cloaking" prim. One can be found here: /54/fb/54804/1.html#post1218480

Copy the script part (from the "php code" window), create a new script inside your prim, paste the text into it and save it. Happy heel hiding :)

Hi Lizziey!

You'll need what is referred to as an invisiprim and it has a script in it so it isn't your everyday alpha channel thingy...this will hide whatever part of your av that it covers.

I'll send you one in-world. I got mine at Jennifer's store...but I can't remember the name of it at the moment.

Edit to add: If anyone else needs this invisiprim, the wonderful Jennifer McLuhan has them at her store (I hope you don't mind me posting this info!). It's in Waved (104,14,21), And it's called "Jennifer's Clothing" :)

Best,
~Ari
