What WILL happen when we are over our limit? Will someone tell us all, I don't want anything being deleted, and I know others don't ethier, I don't think that measure would be taken , but with my "personal story", who knows.
My other question is, no other sims have object limits. Will our object limit ever become greater? Maybe, no and yes are all okay answers I am just wondering.
-------------------------just a personal story My group, Venice had a linden tell someone in our group that we were over our object limit, that linden told a newer person in our group this and in return made them scared to work on there project. If this linden thought we were over, why didnt he contact everyone in our group, or leave a note in our town, or stop by when someone else was on, or ask that one person to spread the word that we were over our limit? Then Im not sure if it was a differnt linden or that same one, but then it was said it wasnt our themed community, that they "think" (? not sure if this is exact words used) it is the community we share a sim with?(cyberpunk) then when I went to talk to them(cyberpunk), they in return had NO IDEA what I was talking about ( I talked to two members). Pheonix linden was in the area so I asked her if cyberpunk was over limit, she said it's at 56% ---------------- Are we over limit, is cyberpunk?

No one has said anything to us, Jean, about the limit. We are concerned as you are about the lag. And are looking at all possibilities.
If you would like to discuss your concerns regarding Bonifacio's performance, or issues with the cybercity, I'll be happy to discuss them in-world.

Is object count even a good metric for performance now? Compared to say, object size, object type, small-scale density, phantom-or-not, number of textures, script behaviour, etc?

Have you tried to get a hold of the original person who indicated that you guys were over limit?
Unfortunately I have no way to tell if you are or not; and I can't log in atm anyway. Otherwise I would help.

I couldn't find in that post anything that addressed exceeding the object limit.
Also I'm wondering if there is a way to get the current object count? Maybe by request, or weekly or something? Its very hard to plan without knowing. I'm trying to go through the project and count to get a rough estimate but its not easy or accurate.
