making jewlary help

Well i want to start making jewlary for myself and i have no idea were to start. Can someone please help me out on this. thanks

Go to this thread and read and learn almost everything about very, very, very small prims.

Other than that, you'll need a posing stand so you can build the jewelry around an AV that's standing still, and, uhm, lots of patience. If you haven't been to the Ivory Tower of Primitives yet (look it up in Find places), go there and do the tutorial, especially the sections about sphere, tube and torus.
