From: Soen Eber >Soen I wonder if sculpties are suited to architectual applications? from my testing the >physics of sculpties are not as one might expect... also difficult to align. Sharp edges create >some LOD problems too. > . Don't confuse physical with non-phantom. Physical is for things that fall down Most architectural items should not be physical. Phantom is for things that can be walked through. Likewise, most architecture is non-phantom.

my first few sculpties came out transparent on their outside surface!?! I can see the inside surface only. Anyone has an explanation?

Ok, found the explanation on another thread. Have to "invert" the final .tga texture. I'm using blender and PS. Great. Now I need to refine this new skill... It's gong to be expensive in U/L texture fee...

I sell menu driven ceiling fans with 3 speeds and an on/off light. Delilah's Den, Electra (145, 49, 66) Or you can check out SLExchange, http://www.slexchange.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=201257 Speaking of things to make. I would like to have a womens high heel shoe in a sculpted prim. Any takers? I'm willing to pay lindens...

From: Patti Frye I sell menu driven ceiling fans... From the photos they look like textured blades, not sculpties. I can't wait to see some sculpty propellors in SL, might have to figure out the maths behind them and give it a go myself.

If you really want to give out free sculpties...

Please, help out by sharing the UUID of what you have uploaded in
wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Sculpted_Prims:_Sculpt_Maps_and_Textures
By this means, we won't have to upload the same sculpting texture over and over.

Hi Al, Ok I'll post some shapes up there. The only problem is that alot of the sculpties I have made don't belong to me anymore lol!
So my proposal to you is give me an idea for a general kind of sculptie shape, one that could be used in alot of different ways... what do you need in your SL build?
I will make it and post it. phakt....
nand, propeller hmmm.
