In Blender (2.45), how to you have it mirror what you are doing? I am modeling a belt, and would like both side to be symetrical.

I am still somewhat new to blender and did have a quicklook with no luck.

I am using Domino's sculpty script, so i cant just model half the belt and use the command to mirror the other half.

I'm no guru on Blender so there may be a better way...

I build the one half, duplicate the half (alt-d) then mirror it (M X,Y, or Z).

Doing this makes keeping the math correct for sculpties a problem. I have problems with that in basic modeling... As best I understand one needs to maintain the 16x16 or 32x32 mesh. So you may have some problems.

The latest versions of the scripts let you use modifiers including the mirror one as shown in this video!

Thanks Domino! I wasnt sure if deleting half the shape would affect making the sculpt map.
