Details
Here is the deal. If you have an idea for a game not already in my arcade that can fit in a 2m * 2m square, give or take, then you can make some money while learning how to model and script!
What you must have:
- A game idea for the Arcade
- Patience
- Time to make the game
- A good Attitude
What you don't need to have:
- Any skill in SL whatsoever.
What I will do:
- I will help you make the game.
- I will teach you everything required for you to make the game, and hopefully understand what it is you are making.
- Give you a space in my arcade to put the game.
What I won't do:
- Make the game for you. This is meant to be a learning experience.
- Come up with the idea for you. I can make the game ideas I come up with myself.
What you gain:
- $500
- If it is a gambling game, then profit from the game forever.
- l33t scripting skillz
The process:
Find me in game and pitch your game idea to me. IF I'm not online IM me anyways and I will get it. If I like it and think it can be done I will give you $100 right then and there. This is to cover the cost of getting started on the game (any primitives you may make) and gives me the right to use your idea if you disapear. I will then proceed to help you build the game. With any and all training you need, one on one. At the completion of the working game I will give you another $401. The $1 is so you can claim a pad in the arcade.
Errata:
- I have to be convinced that the game can be made and that you will stick to it.
- I can decline for any reason or no reason.
- You can keep a copy of your game, put as many anywhere you want in the world, sell them or anything, but one must go in the Arcade.
This is an opportunity to get paid $500, plus any profit if it is a gambling game, to learn scripting skills in SL.
