When making a small thing, first we have to make every piece big and then stretch it small. However, making it smaller is impossible when link all pieces together. So how to build small things, such as a rat, a stain, several sprayed spots... Thanks!

You could make the stain and the sprayed spot a part of the texture image rather than a a prim.
