Hi everyone i was working on a heel while wanted to make this (wood) square on the right smaller http://img262.imageshack.us/img262/559/pickt0.jpgas you can see on the picture the white square was the size i wanted it to become but my (the wood) square althought it shows also on Z 0.010 it doesnt get as small as the white one. is there any trick? *there are no alphas on the white +however 0.010 is the smallest but on the white one its also 0.010 while it's still smaller than the wood.

There certainly is a trick, change your cube to a sphere (using the drop-down menu in the object tab of the edit window) and change the dimple to begin 0.4 end 0.6. Change the sphere back to a cube and you should have a shorter cube with a hole through it (might need to fix the size of the hole). More of these tricks can be found here: /8/da/27520/1.html "HOW-TO: Make tiny prims".
