Has anyone come across any little tricks for AC3D yet ? I have had very little success in exporting my creations into SL. I was just told as I was posting this that if I transfer it to PS then change it from 64 X 64 to 128 X 128 that sometimes works ? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you seen this?

I found it was a bit of a struggle to understand the video tutorial but I was able to import my first sculptie pretty quickly.

Yes I did, thank you though. Things as simple as a pear or a goblet I have no problem with, its when I try to bring in my handlebars and exhaust pipes that I reach for the Advil.

Koose,

I have tried all the low cost free solutions .... and in my opinion A3D is probably the best.

If you add some plugins is also become quite fast.

I have included a 3 prim example

Attaching files seems to be less than perfect today .... but just an ordinary day in SL ;-)
