Is it possible for a script to determine the gender of the avatar clicking an object?
I hope it is possible, but if not, at least I know I searched well..

You could make a pink button and a blue button and hope the male would click the blue one and the female the pink one, it's called compatibility in ergonomy and works quite well.

The whole concept of gender is arbitary in SL. Refer to this thread "Avatar sex detection" for an exhaustive discussion of the pro's and con's.
