Was just looking to determine if this problem is specific to me or a general problem. I have scripts that I paid a now defunct scriptor for 2.5 years ago that have worked just fine till now. Suddenly the scripts are stopped and cant be restarted. They are no mod so i have to try to use the tools/set scripts to running method which appears to show the scripts being started but the open script still says not running and it is in fact not running. Would appreciate any feedback on how widespread this problem may be, I have bug reported it today but it may be some time before they can even look at it because of the mess they are dealing with now. Thanks

I've had 3 people IM me today saying they can't turn their ZHAO on or off. I see another thread about issues with attaching objects, and one person IM'd me about not being able to wear the ZHAO. So... I think something broke with the update. Or changed. Or something. I plan to take a look at it when I get home tonight.

So... I don't know how widespread it is, I'd like to know too, but I'm guessing it's not just you.

in my experiance with the "tools" menu, getting scripts to start running again ive had to set them all to running and then recompile them (using the tools menu)

if you havent tried yet it might be worth a shot

I noticed something odd with this the other day. If the script editor is open the tools "set scripts to running..." option doesn't work. Not sure if it ever did. I don't know if that applies in your situation, but it might be worth a look.

there seems to be a dead zone in the hud attach points. if its too fard down, about the same location as lets say the button for Release Keys then you can't click on it. when i move it up a bit out of that area i can click on it again and it works as normal. too bad some hud's automatically go back to that area, like the zhao does.
anyway that is what i have found out.

Interesting. I'll have to experiment with that.

Yesterday I had two ZHAO owners give me their AOs, and I was able to use them just fine, but I'd give it back to them, and they still wouldn't be able to use it. Which was pretty weird. I wonder if it's related to screen resolution, and how far down the HUD is.

I have my resolution at 1024x768, running SL in window mode and I have to do the same thing. The last little bit of the screen seems to be unclickable, I have to move the HUD's I have there up a little bit before I'm able to use it. I hope this is a bug and not a feature, and that its going to be fixed at some point.

I had a similar problem with a EZ Animator user. She couldn't click on the furthest button on the bottom. I had her move it up a little on the screen and suddenly the button started working again when she clicked on it.

Well, this is starting to look like a pattern :) Bummer. I hope it's a bug and they figure it out and fix it.

Hey Ziggy, since you're on this thread, would you be willing to integrate the Wet Ikon's ANIM script into ZHAO? I still have to wear both the ZHAO and the Wet Ikon together to be able to control my static anims through gestures without the AO overriding the static anim. For example, if I'm on a surface that doesn't allow ground sitting, I just trigger a manual ground-sitting animation from the ANIM script in the Wet Ikon. Neither the AO in the WetIkon nor in the ZHAO will override that manually-triggered ANIM until I stop it myself. This adds quite a bit of realism to my AV.

While you're at it (^^), any chance you could integrate the random overrides feature of the One.8 WetIkon? I had 12 different standing overrides in my Wet Ikon and liked how it would randomly chose among them for each cycle.

Seriously though, I like the ZHAO for its ability to turn off sit overrides while leaving the standing overrides on. I just wish I could get rid of my Wet Ikon entirely to free up an attachment point.

Ins't the anim script from the wet ikon a separate script? Couldn't you just move that script into the ZHAO and use the chat commands to play the animation, just like you can in the wet ikon?

What Keiki said :) As far as I remember, that was a separate script, and it should still work. Or maybe you're asking for a button that does that function, so it's better 'integrated' into the ZHAO.

Hmm... I didn't know it could cycle between 12 stands. Let's see... I did integrate version 1.8 of the Franimation script into the ZHAO, I'm assuming that's what WetIkon One.8 uses. I could have missed a feature, obviously. I thought the WetIkon allowed 5 stands, and the ZHAO does that too, and it should randomly cycle through stands as well.
