I've made a hud for a product ia'm bout to release. The problem i'm experiencing is that , while the hud works perfectly for everybody i give it to , one person reports that the hud is not visible on her screen at all. I placed a recover position script into it so that it sets it to the middle of my screenn if a command is issued. She reports that when attempting this it still remains hidden. I've only given the hud out to a about 10 or 11 people but she is the one that is experiencing this issue.

Does anybody have any idea what this might be ?

she is able to use other huds.

Have her edit something else on her HUD, and zoom out. There should be a white box containing all the HUD objects you can see, your product is probably outside that box. She can just move it somewhere visible

One way is to log out and log back in, though I have not tried that myself.

Another way is to open the inventory and find the hud, it will be highlighted as worn when you scroll up and down, detach and attach it again. That has always worked for me. Not sure if that calls onRez or not.

There is nothing to click on, only the llSetText messages show.
