Newb needs serious help with a script.

I've been trying to find out how to make a script to have your mouth permanently open or so that it smiles over and over. I had some designs for braces, retainers, and fronts and wouldn't be able to use them without this because they would not be visible if anyone could help please reply. any advise would be helpful. any scripts i could play with would be too.

The scripting part is easy - you're looking at playing an anim constantly and the easiest way to do that might be an animation overrider although there are other options like a dedicated "smile" script which is also easy to write.

I'm not an accomplished animator, I'm not sure what facial expressions you can make in Poser and import (if any, I know you can't make hand anims in Poser for example). Can I suggest you ask in the animations forum about the anim.

The script you want for an always on smile or mouth open script looks like this:

only with the "SmileAnim" bit replaced by the name of the animation. You'll also have to put the animation in the inventory of the attachment that does it.

Refer to Gattz's script on this thread. And animation script list is here. Although Gattz's is for opening mouse, you can replace "express_smile" for "express_open_mouth".
