I've been wanting/waiting to do a photo referenced skin tone like this for quite a while! The live model reference material was released a couple days ago, and I just started working on this.

Another skin, same shape. This one's a little further along.

Thanks for the cheers people! I'll have some more to post here as they develop.

BTW, these snapshots are produced with Windlight settings posted here ...

... for accurate color rendering on avatars. No post processing, scripted face lights, or facing into the sun was done for these snapshots (WYSIWYG from all angles).
