Yes, it's "Nirvana" from Bare@Rose. I wear the "silver" version. The wings are Fancy Fairy wings (Azarelle pearl).

If you haven't been in Bare Rose, it can be a bit difficult to find something. It's laggy and filled with avatars. But you can ask in chat if it's some staff there who can take you to the costumes. I've had help from them many times

"Nirvana" is an 1 year old outfit, so it's moved from new releases and a bit tricky to find!
