Jordan that is one superb skin — just breathtaking! Did you do the shape yourself? Thanks Leo. The shape is from Body Doubles, but I did modify it to change the appearance a bit. I look so good cos Jordan started out as an alt made strictly for a dancing job. I loaded her ID with money and let a male friend log her in and "make" her. He chose her shape and skin, I did the rest. I have since modified her face from how he had her. I was attacked in during a job interview at a public "cafe" by someone for being what he called a "cookie cutter SL Barbie Doll". I say to each their own. I don't judge nekos, furries or Barbie Dolls. We all have our own style and we all make SL a great and unique place. Edit - just perved your SL profile. You look good to me. I guess women are just luckier that we have so much more in SL to make ourselves look amazing. We have a great selection of hairs and skins and don't get me started on the clothes... |

I loaned my avie to a female friend and she stopped me from looking like a complete newb — got a shape and a skin and furnished me with some clothes. I tweaked the shape over the months and have finally got myself to the point where I am satisfied. In the end what cost me the most lindens was trying and failing to find the clothes that I really wanted — the search engine being what we all know that it is, fairly useless. Then I chanced upon Avid and stopped burning up lindens to no good purpose. I guess over the coming year the number of photorealistic skins will increase and then SL will look like a very different place than it is right now. More individual choices will be most welcome to us all. |
