Couldn't find a post on this, I may have missed it completely but eh, here goes.
Basically I'm hoping to find out what the ideal timing is between steps for an SL walking animation? ie what amount of time should pass between the left foot hitting the ground, and the right foot then hitting the ground, in order for it to match up nicely with the speed at which an avatar moves?
I'm working on a custom walk, but rather than using trial and error it would be nice if someone already knows the time?

I've found 30 frames for the complete cycle to be close for the average sized character.
But, it wiil change depending on the characters height.
A shorter char will take fewer frames. A taller one, more frames.
