Avmotion Cannot make a hand animation.
Which program can do that?

I'm not sure if avmotion can or can't, but I (and quite a few secondlife residents) use Poser, I have poser 6 for more info visit http://www.e-frontier.com Theres also another called Daz Studio, Which is free you can get it at http://www.daz3d.com. I've heard a few mention maya animator, I've never tried that one so can't give you any info on that. Nat  _____________________

The DazStudio cannot animate avatar's hands, too.
I guess, there is another way to animate hands. morph or preset ? |

I am pretty sure that you cannot create custom animations for the hands - basically you can only move the wrist and/or choose from a few built-in hand positions while uploading your anim file to SL.

Hmm I'm not sure about the other programs, I know with poser 6 I can make some different hand poses.

Natalie, I guess zeno is asking about fingers morph, such as grasp, spread, a peace sign, and so on. And any program out of SL is not available for it. It is just preset. You can select only some preset hand poses on the uploading window.

There is hand poses and expressions. juest 13 hand poses... OTL |
