I have been having fun with deforming my avatar and so have my friends, but I have only been able to deform up and down vertically. Is there any way to deform body part side ways or forward and back. Often the upload animation seem to indicate that it works but in sl it only come out vertically deformed. Anyone know a solution?

for instance, my av is reported as 5'6" but measured with a prim is actually 6'2" (this is all w/o hair or shoes)...

Because this annoyed me I made a height detector that works more accurately. It basically uses a small conversion factor, but so far it is accurate for everything I have tried it on, right down to several millimetres accuracy.
So now when people comment how short i am i point out that im actually 193cm tall, and that they are the one who is wrongly sized.. and then give them a tool to show them.
It's opensource, so if anyone wants it just IM me inworld.
