Hello everyone and Happy Holidays!
I have spent the last 3 days building a robot avatar in SL that is rather tall...... about 7 to 8 feet tall.
I need to know 2 important things......
1. How do I fit it to an avatar when there is a size limit? 2. I need a good robot walk, stand, sit and so on....... where can I get one or how can I make it?
Anyway.... just to give you an idea of what I'm talking about imagine it's built like the droids in Star Wars. very skinny but tall.
Thanks again everyone!

Did you know that most avatars in SL are ALREADY 7-8 feet tall? You might be able to get away with maxing the height, torso length, leg length sliders in your avatar appearance and then hanging your robot off that elongated body as a base. Other than that you'd need a set of animations that lift the avatar off the ground while walking, standing, etc.

Haha. Did you know that raising the heel height and platform height sliders in your shoes will raise you 11.6 inches in SL?

You can make some or you can wear avie and check out a makers' animations, a RYUJI Racer, check their Picks to a ref at I think at secondlife://Iron/66/228/390
There is a robo AO or just buy stands, where they are robo holding gun in all diff movements and see if they fit/suit your avie build.
