I added the 1st frame neutral pose as described in the FAQs aviable, but it seems that SL doesent removes the 1st frame for me, wich leads to weird movements if the animation doesent starts out of neutral (and wich really does)
I am using Poser5 and use the SL avi, leaving the questin boxes unchecked when loading it into Poser guessing they relate to the avatar loaded as default alreay, englisch is not my first language so i have difficulties with the exact meaning sometimes
So basically, for me SL does not remove frame 1 at upload, leading to strange animations and i have headmovement following the cursor wich i dont really need.
If i remove neutral stance the animation run just finde but the head follows cursor or develops odd movements

Hey Pounce, you have to go into poser on the keyframe menu and move the slider where it says "Play Range" On 4 it's a green bar with a green Arrow on the left of it and the line goes to the final frame in the frame list. Move that arrow over one frame to the second frame.

Strange thing is it works it seems without the T position to have the animation working, i declared second frame to key frame too and altered head and neck position one degree in each axi, have to test further out but it seems to take care of headtrouble.
What i managed to find out in all the Faqs and posts is that beside that framerate 15 seems to be "standard", how many frames can i upload and use in animations, gestures and animations on poseballs? Basically what i am missing is all the basic data, max filesize would be the one, i use 60 frames for now but would like to know for later projets how big i can make one animation file.

Hi Pounce, did you solve it? It is not strange. SL remove just the 1st frame. If you decleard 30th frame to key frame as the next key frame, your avatar's parts would move gently. So the 2nd frame might be less different from the 1st one. You should know that the 2nd frame on Poser becomes the 1st frame on SL. And your headtrouble is the priority issue. You should know that each part is set the lowest priority automatically unless you move the part on the 2nd frame or later. A good explanaiton is this. Your avatar is always animated by the default animation in-world. Achieving your animations in-world means overriding the default animation by your animations. SL aniamtion is 30 frames per second. And the max uploding time is 30 seconds. So you can create an animation up to 900 frames.
