This RC is the best yet, the 1.20 series rocks so far for viewer stability anyway.

I suppose there are several issues here...
There is a beta Grid version of the client, the pre-release client and the actual client (dazzle or equivilant). IMHO the beta grid should be named Alpha, as what is seen as the top notch client, still has the feel of beta.
With any company like LL, they don't have one programmer, they have groups of programmers, all pitching into the pot with various updates, bug fixes and new features. And this is at 3 levels. Add to that, those that work server-side, those client-side and those that do hardware and network etc etc. The more fingers in the pie...
