I tried to get something out of Lexie yesterday, but I don't think she knows about the Forums in general. She was talking about the "answers area"--presumably the Yahoo Answers-style functionality--which is said to be progressing, with screenshots maybe next week. (Thinking back on what was said, it may really be just an "ask the Mentors" thing; now I'm not entirely sure that any but the annointed will be able to post answers.)
Probably the place to get an update about the Forums in general would be Blue's office hour tonight at 7pm PDT (an impossible time for me, so perhaps somebody could attend and report back?). |

The forums will be moved to their own separate continent. You will have to IQ verify to be allowed in.........over 100 and you are out of luck.

It was mentioned by a Linden I will not name over on the XStreet forums that they still intend to at some point merge this forum and that forum into a 'new' forum. Of course, that's about as vague as it can get. But sounds like it's still on the table.
Also I noticed a linden slipped up one day, and posted a link to http://staging.forums.secondlife.com However I've not been able to get in there yet  _____________________

yeah Lil, we're at least as exclusive as royalty, and have several things in common...
there aren't very many of us everyone assumes we're rich (we aren't) we can do things and go places others can't ("won't" might be a better word) everyone wants to know what we're doing, until we tell them (x=(lx=[])+[y]+x;//?) when things go right, nobody notices us then things go wrong, we get blamed (even if it was someone else) we can claim vast territories, but mostly end up hiding in one spot when people want something, they assume we have it already _____________________
