Will SL run with Vista? If so, how? It keeps crashing for me. And will there be a SL Vista download? If anyone knows or If I need to ask elsewhere, please let me know.

Microsoft's history of new OS versions being reliable is abysmal. I would highly recommend switching back to XP for at least 6 months - at the least! There are very few new features in Vista that casual PC users will ever use, and it's much more of a memory and CPU hog.
Your problem is probably that most video cards do not have Vista driver support yet.

Been running Vista for over a month now, and aside from lack of OpenGL drivers from ATI, I've had no issues whatsoever. Games run at pretty much the same speed as they did in XP. Going back to XP now feels like going to an inferior "toy-like" system.

I have had Vista for 1 day and a few issue I had before are working way better. I have the Vista Drivers for my 1900 XT ATI card and SL crashes. I also have a 7900 GT Nvidia card, anyone think the 7900GT with its Vista drivers would work? I have updated all my drivers to Vista drivers and eveything else runs faster and better.

I've been running SL on Vista for about a month and haven't had any trouble. I think the key is whether or not the video drivers for you card were done well. If they are, Vista runs SL just as well as XP... and I think it was actually better in my case with the new video driver.
From what I've heard, Vista will run well on machines that are about a year old (and obviously anything on sale today). Older hardware will have more problems. Also, you can really speed up Vista performance by turning off the Glass feature -- where the border of the windows are semi-transparent. That can really slow down your system if you don't have a powerful enough video card.

Ok here is what I found. I had an ATI 1900XT running with the ATI Vista Drivers and SL would not work at all. So I took that out and put in my Nvidia 7900GT and loaded the newest Vista Drivers. Now SL works great with no problems. The Nvidia Drivers have the proper updated GL to run SL and the ATI does not right now.
Now with the Nvidia Card and Vista drivers everthing is back up and running smooth.
