I just tried to open the concierge live chat window (yes, I am a concierge user). It opened a perfectly blank window. I'm taking a guess that this isn't the intended behaviour. Seems I have the same issue as Terra.
ETA:
The section to comment on the usefulness of that page says: "NOTE: Comments entered here will NOT receive a personal email response. Please select "undefined" from the choices listed below to have a representative contact you. "
problem is, there is no section called "undefined" down there, or anything with a defined name which looks like it's intended to generate a response. More broken html?

Placing that comment on the page generated an automated email to me, the most interesting line of which was:
RCPT TO generated following response:
550 unknown user <LindenLabs@parature.com>
Something is definitely broken in there.

I don't know about concierge, but for Premium, you select the Solution Finder link on the front page and follow through the steps. If you can't find your answer via those initial steps, at the end it gives you the option to either submit a ticket or contact Live Help.
