i rezzed 2 items and lost them i cannot use group IMs they do not work so i cannot even warn my customers not to rez cus LINDENS feel no urgencey themselves to warn there customers that they can lose items right now im worlld cus of whatever is happening THANKLS LINDENS FOR CONFIRMING THAT U REALLY DO NOT GIVE A S**T ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS |

well every time you ask them questions when we had live help, or sent in bug reports allways came back as something we did wrong. Or read there town hall meeting yesterday. When the program stops working on it's own, with no changes in my setup or known issues on my end I figure they are having the problem, so no need to ask for help. I don't need the help. Well I seem to be stranded - the mainland sim I'm on seems to be surround on all sides by cliffs and ocean as if it were an island in the middle of nowhere (although the map indicates there should be sims around me).
TP is down so I'm stuck. Yes - lets contact support - oh there is no in world help now, and I still haven't had a response to last month's support request... |

There are some network problems at the moment apparantly, but they do know about it and it's being looked into
 .Meanwhile, Preferences / General, and check "Show Start Location" and try logging onto different sims directly. |

MAY appear frozen? hell it IS frozen oops there is the despite our best efforts msg again. So what is their best efforts? is someone sitting at LL watching for us to log in and doing everything they can to push us through? noooo so get rid of the despite our best efforts message and replace it with.... something like... ok so you can not log in, go get a coffee, maybe even a snack, it is going to be a long wait. Oh and forget about checking the blog, because by the time we post all will be resolved... to our best efforts. |
