ok I was feeling bored and read this in the police blotters, this has to be a joke right? They can't be actually wasting time giving warnings about this when I do there are much more serious offences out there. Heck I have never seen any AR I have sent had anything done about it. But then no one ever called me a Phone Weasel.

Hmmph, I don't know about you but I'm glad that LL is cracking down on the phone weasel problem. Its about time. There are proper things to do with phones and weaseling isn't one of them. Its just disgusting when I'm spying around and find someone weaseling a phone.
