As many of you know, I was robbed of my entire linden balance on Saturday. I filed an Abuse Report and Sent in a Support Ticket. How log does it usually take to get a response. I've checked my email and keep logging in, but have heard nothing. The iron is cooling fast.

I was about to post a smart-ass comment about measuring the wait in geological eras, but you deserve better than that.
Something that can drain an entire L$ blance, whether the particular victim's is large or small, really is insufferable. If LL wants to stay in business, it really has to deal with an outrage like that. Is there anyone out there who can help this person get justice done? Strife? Anyone? |

I don't have any good answers for you Jax, but I have been thinking of you since I read your post over the weekend.
 Hang in there.(One way to find a Linden online is to look at their profiles and see if Teleport is enabled. If it is then they are online. Where to find them, I don't know I have yet to see one. ) _____________________

*edited for naming names* has a mostly blank profile and belongs to one group, OS Styles. OS Styles was started by *edited for naming names*. It is also owned by *edited for naming names*, and *edited for naming names*. None of these individuals have payment info on file. THERE. I have named names, a big forum nono. Everyone, please AR this thread, and post a response when you have. (I'm thinking that if I AR my own posting it might not get a response.) Forum ARs seem to get a quicker response than poor Jax's support request. Perhaps Strife will expedite things for you when s/he reads this, Jax. It's the only thing I could think of |

Jax, besides a support ticket, please try the livechat-if you have your support ticket number ready, even better-I've had the best results filing a ticket and after 24 hours nag them in live chat from the support page.

really just wondering if it's OK to keep filing tickets until you get an answer. This was not a scripted item though. I'll try the phone thing, but I'm pretty busy at work and can't be as persistant as I'd like. I've had a shop for about nine months and have been trying to save enough cash to add to the land. This was money I'd saved from working and building since last October that wasn't spent in game or to pay tier. I was about to buy more land for my shop with the cash in my account. My intent was to alway keep it in world and see how I could grow it. That's why what was stolen represents more that $118 to me. I certaintly wouldn't feel this bad about it for this long had I dropped it in a bar or left it in a cab. It represented what I'd acheived in SL at the value therein so that's why I never cashed out. _____________________

I'd put the number of speed dial and keep hitting it until you get a person, even if you have to use a speaker phone to keep track. And do try the Live Chat, if you can. Don't settle with a support ticket for this as it is likely to be shoved to the bottom of the pile.
