Best eyes?

To echo the above, Miriel's eyes are lovely. I've just bought my second pair of customs from her. She's great to deal with and takes the time to make sure you're delighted with what you get.

i can also recommend Global Style on Isabella. my current eyes are from there.

Another vote here for Miriel's eyes. They're the only ones I wear now, and I love the fact that you can choose which permissions you want (well, except for full permissions obviously).

i have a small selection of eyes for L$30, but my uploaded images aren't very good so the pics (of them for sale) don't really show the real deal (veins and all). but i wear them and think they match the quality of the $250 eyes i bought when i first started.

i'm basically a newbie (in the creation department) with a very small selection at my store, as i am still learning. but i have LOW prices, if interested.

if ANYONE can help me find a skin that actually wears the same as the for sale sign, please direct me. i have purchased now 6 L$1000 or more (non-modifiable, non-transferrable) skins, and none looks like the pictures (or demos, which REALLY ticks me off).

Hi I once had a very irate customer who purchased a skin of mine upset because he did not look like "the model".

I think many new people go into skin stores thinking the skin is what gives someone their unique features. While the skin aids that, in either makign them look better or worse, the real issue is your shape.

Unless you get the "shape included" you won`t look anything like the person modelling the skin.

So be sure to try the demos before you buy, get a skin that enhances your shape for the better.

I have tried demos, and then bought the skin. It does not look anything like the demo after purchase. If you wear the demo and like it, and then buy that product and it does not look as good as the demo did, how do you explain that?

The only explination, assuming you`re certain you bought the same skin as the demo you tried, is that the creator must have put a different skin in the real version box.

Have you IMd the person and brought up the issue?

to be honest, it's happened 5 out of the 6 times. no i havent' im'd, because they all say the same thing... basically, you bought it, you are stuck with it.

i kind of like the one i have on now, but not from afar. i only like it when i do a close up of myself. but who walks around doing that?

Gnubie has some surprisingly decent eyes - veins and all.

The demo should NOT be different unless the creator accidentally put the wrong skin in the purchase box/made the demos then updated the actual skin. Or perhaps the "DEMO" distracted you from what the skin really looked like.

When I eventaully bought my skin, again Naughty, after wearing the demo for a while it did strike me as being different but I think that was just as Jesse suggests, being used to the demo tattoos. The extra unblemished flesh took a while to get used to.

I was very lucky with one of my alt shapes. I'd been experimenting with a short, blonde shape and can you find decent blonde skins anywhere? 99% of them have black eyebrows and some have such outragiously unreal eyebrows to defy belief. I found myself in PanJem a few weeks back and was quite taken with a couple of hers. At the incredible price of 350 each I didn't bother with demos and took the plunge. I was stunned. The skin 'Joy' I think looks better on my blonde than on the model!!!

She makes the legendary Babydoll eyes that became fashionable the instant they went on sale last year. Big, shiny, realistic and cute. Work equally well on human, furry or anime based avatars.

I do like Lost's eyes (Naughty Designs) but I think they're a bit small. With stand poses that dip your head slightly (throwing your eyes upwards), you can see mostly white, or veins .. which isn't a nice look.

Well I've spent the last year walking around as a chic male (which sounds funny rolling of the tounge, dont it?) one because I'm lazy and primarily because I haven't found anything of quality, I have extensive photoshop knowledge so I know I can make them if I want but when I saw these it was clear to me that it would be a waste of my time
